CGA: Forensic Legal Animation & Demonstrative Aids

The Continuing Legal Education (CLE) training by Advanced Courtroom Graphics / Jeremy Gibson focuses on 2D & 3D demonstrative aids for use in civil cases and criminal trials. Course reviews several cases where demonstrative aids and forensic animation assisted in achieving a favorable outcome. Further, the course will review:

  • Applicable case law
  • CGA limitations and restrictions
  • Rules of admissibility

The program today was very interesting and informative. The presenter was extremely well prepared and his integration of the evidentiary concepts vis-à-vis the applicable case law was perfect.
